一、《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目簡介

《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目是教育部所屬中國教育國際交流協會

美國州立大學與學院協會

保障優勢：《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目由中教國際教育交流中心和美國州立大學與學院協會主辦和全程監管，同時所有中美項目院校均配備協調員老師對121項目學生進行全程管理。

(七)就業及深造優勢：由于學生同時擁有中美兩國大學的文憑和學位以及良好的赴美出入境記錄，學生畢業以后可到美國或其他國家繼續深造并易于獲得獎學金。學生在中美兩國學習過程中，隨著對兩國社會、文化和科技更為全面與深入的了解，逐漸成長為熟練掌握英語，擁有專業知識，具備國際視野并通曉國際規則的國際化人才，這有利于畢業生就業競爭力的提升。項目主辦單位對2019年和2016年部分畢業生去向進行了調查，多名畢業生被美國(世界)排名前100大學錄取，其中一些畢業生前往美國排名前10的頂尖級大學學習。他們的成功之路證明了普通的中國大學生通過《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目平臺和自己的刻苦努力，完全可以進入世界一流大學。同時，根據對歷年畢業生進行抽樣調查，有多名畢業生進入花旗銀行、匯豐銀行、渣打銀行、荷蘭銀行、德國梅賽德斯-奔馳有限公司、美國通用汽車公司、美國強生公司等世界500強企業工作，有些畢業生已經開始擔任企業中層領導，還有些畢業生獲得美國工作簽證，前往美國工作。

(八)節省費用：《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目的學生比本科四年全部在美國學習的留學方式可以節省50%以上的費用，

而且為了支持《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目的開展，多數美方院校給121項目學生提供數額不等的獎學金，因此，《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目是對子女進行教育投資取得高回報率的一種較好途徑。

四、《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目學生申請條件

(一)《中美人才培養計劃》121雙學位項目中方大學本科或研究生一年級學生均可申請，多數美方大學要求申請學生第一學期平均成績達到70分以上，本科二年級學生經中方大學同意也可申請;研究生申請學生大學本科階段及研究生階段成績良好。

(二)申請學生英語成績良好。

(三)身體健康，有良好的學習習慣，較強的獨立生活及新環境適應能力，無不良嗜好;

(四)有一定的經濟能力，愿意遵守項目的相關規定。
