特色管理綜合提升學生素質教育

西安交通工程學校注重術德至精教育，通過軍訓、法制教育、先進表彰等活動激發學生學習熱情。在教學方法上，學校突出“實景、實訓、實效、實用”的教學特色，使教學場景與工作場景相同、實操緊扣工作場景需求、教學達到知行合一。

過硬的師資現代化實訓中心

西安交通工程學校教學突出“實景、實訓、實效、實用”的辦學特色，實訓現場使用的器材和道具與實際崗位相同，動車組仿真模擬駕駛器、車輛車型設備以及各種實訓操作器材實現了與現場的無縫對接。通過“真教、真學、真考”，達到學以致用的目的，學生合格率達到98%。

理論與實踐無縫對接嚴格教學 學以致用

西安交通工程學校在培養學生的動手能力，理論和實踐的比例達到6:4，并結合用人單位的用人標準，每學期都對學生進行禮儀培訓，安全教育培訓。

考取職業資格證書嚴格把關技能考核

西安交通工程學校以培養中級工為主、學生在校期間經過嚴格的培訓，考取職業資格證書，目前考取的證書有：電工中級證、接觸網工中級證、列車乘務員上崗證，在考證之前，組織學生對理論知識、操作技能、職業道德三方面進行培訓。根據三屆學生的綜合成績，考試通過率達到90%以上。
